As we said earlier, Goggins had a terrible childhood with an abusive father and bullied him at school. So, he didn’t learn his reading ability at a young age.
When he was 20 years old, he had a serious weight problem and also he didn’t have a job.
But all of that situation vanished when he saw a documentary from the navy.
When he saw that documentary something inside of him sparkled. something like a true passion.
He wanted to join the Navy at all costs. So, after three months of very hard work, he had reached the necessary weight to pass the exam.
And from that moment, he started to create the story of Can’t Hurt Me.
Now the David knows that he is not a victim no longer, he has control of his own destiny and he can shape it as he wishes.
He made up a special box called the “F*CK box”. Every time he was exhausted and wanted to give up, he opens this box and threw that idea in the F*CK box.
If you learn to overcome your problems, they become a tool to make you grow.

According to Goggins, everything that you do depends on one thing: your mindset.
Let’s be honest, we all love fast, quick, painless, and super easy solutions, but growing and controlling your mind can never be easy.
If you want to find the best version of yourself then you have to do the hard things. you have to wake up early, you have to study and you have to do anything that is necessary.
We all need to understand that the hardest moments of our lives are the best opportunities to shape our minds and overcome our limits.
“Victory comes from getting the best of you when you feel the worst.”

First, watch this video from the WordToTheWise youtube channel:
We all know that feeling at the end of hard work or maybe a very long exercise, where you think and feel that you are done and you can’t do it anymore.
According to the 40% rule and David, 60% of your abilities are still intact. You haven’t hit your limit; you’ve just convinced yourself that you have.
We haven’t been taught to move beyond our comfort zones and continuously change, so we stop acting when we see the pain in ourselves.
But we need to understand this, only by getting through the feeling and devoting yourself to doing what you know you need to do you will grow and progress.
By moving beyond the 40% limit we will learn that we are more capable than we think. So, we can expand our limits.
By breaking through the obstacle, you’ll be able to outperform your rivals and produce extraordinary results.
This guy is the right person for you if you’re looking for a way to push yourself beyond your limits!
